General Policy
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of food products, all sales are non-returnable for health and safety reasons, except in the specific cases outlined below.
This policy protects the quality and integrity of our food products and ensures the health and safety of all our customers. We take food safety very seriously.
When Returns Are Accepted
Returns will only be accepted in the following three cases:
Damaged Product
Product received in a physically damaged or broken condition.
Wrong Product
An incorrect product was delivered that does not match your order.
Quality Defect
A visible quality defect is present upon opening the packaging.
Conditions to Qualify
All three conditions below must be met for a return to be approved:
Notify Us Within 24 Hours
You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Reports submitted after this window cannot be accepted.
Provide Clear Photo Evidence
Clear photographic evidence of the issue must be provided via WhatsApp or email. Photos should clearly show the damage, incorrect item, or defect.
Product Must Be Unused
The product must be in its original, unused condition. Opened or partially consumed products are not eligible for return.
If Your Return Is Approved
Once your return is reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
Option A — Replacement
We will dispatch a replacement product to your delivery address at no additional cost.
Option B — Refund
A full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. The refund will be returned via the same method used for the original payment.
Report an Issue
If your order qualifies for a return under the conditions above, please contact us immediately — remember, you must report within 24 hours of delivery.
How to Raise a Claim
Contact us via WhatsApp or phone within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Send clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
Provide your order number and full name for quick processing.
Our team will review and respond with the approved resolution.
